It's about the middle of March and each day we experience another barrage of bombs tearing everything we have known and have held dear to shreds. Another day, another round of bombs bursting all around us. We are feeling besieged and wondering when the bombs will stop. The children don't seem to know enough to be afraid. They are still looking out the window, not recognizing the danger they are in.
Those of us aware enough to know are scrabbling around trying to stock pile all the resources we can find to help us make it through the duration of this barrage. We are praying and asking for God's assistance. We are stockpiling food as we can. We are looking around and trying to find what weapons we have and what we might be able to acquire in the near future. We are scrabbling around trying to find ways to shore up all barricades, walls, anything and everything to help keep us and our family safe from the fallout and more attacks that will come in the future. We are shooting at the enemy but our firepower is very little compared to what's being thrown at us.
Are you thinking I must have moved to a third world country under attack? You think maybe I find myself in Gaza or Afghanistan?
No, I've not moved. Here we are in the United States of America and all of this is literally taking place all around us. While the bombs we are experiencing may not be filled with gunpowder, they are just as explosive and just as deadly.
Do you hear the voices? The voices of the unborn? The tortured fetus' ready to be torn to pieces for the sake of science?
Can you hear the shrieks and screams of your children and mine when they learn about the bombs they are being forced to strap on now and will be expected to carry for the rest of their lives? Can you imagine what it will look like when those bombs explode in 10-20 years? Maybe they will ignite prematurely in the next 5-8 years. They are being exposed to that possibility, you know. How deadly will those bombs be? Will they enslave your children or will they expire from the pressure the burden that is placed on them today will produce?
All of you tryi ng to convince the rest of us how great Obama would be for America, how do you feel about those admonishments now? Are you still convinced? Have you seen the boms for yourself, yet? Are you feeling the heat? Can you see any light being shed b y this administration?
I am sickened. Sickened at the appalling bombs thrown everyday. I get the feeling Obama still thinks he's representing Chicago. It doesn't seem like he has even comprehended that he is supposed to be representing American's as a whole. Even those who DIDN'T vote for him. He is an atrocity. He is bombing his own people, he is absolutely no different than Saddam Hussein himself.
I keep hoping to find something good and everyday there is a new reason to try to dodge the latest bomb.
If you disagree, keep singing his praises.
If you agree, consider mailing a tea bag to every single one of your representatives everyday until they finally recognize you are shouting. Let's see if a tea bag can be as explosive as gunpowder, hopefully with less casualties.
I know there is a large movement that plans to mail a tea bag to the White House on April 1st hoping they will arrive by April 15th (tax day). The tea bag is a representation of the Boston Tea Party when Americans refused the king's taxation without representation in the decision making. We are sending the tea bags to remind those in Washington that we are entitled to representation and we are NOT happy about the stimulus package and nor are we happy about the latest budget.
There is no way this country will be able to stand up under the financial burdens just approved this year, not to mention the arrears we already had. Washington has taxed us into ablivion and we HAVE to stand up and yell as loud as we can.
